In idyllic Miami Shores, this historic property was built in 1926 by Robert Law Weed.  QCC purchased the building, then a rental apartment property in 2004.  Improvements to the building included the installation of new impact windows, upgraded electrical, new garage doors, landscaping, public spaces and more.  The 14 units were sold as condo homes in 2005.
