The Rhythm Foundation was directed by Laura Quinlan until late 2017. Under her direction, the nonprofit cultural organization grew to become a leading presenter of international music in the US, and managed the iconic North Beach Bandshell for the City of Miami Beach. She launched several signature series, including TransAtlantic Festival, Axis of Love, Big Night in Little Haiti, and Dance Band Night.  James Quinlan continues to serve as Chair of the Board, and oversees Ritmo Doral and the Hollywood Arts Park Experience.
