29 and Seventh Property Management encompasses most of the city block at the dynamic intersection of NW 7 Avenue and NW 29 Street in Miami’s Allapattah district.  Purchased with two other partners in 2016, the campus includes popular hotspot Las Rosas, the soon-to-open Allapattah Market, two restaurants, a laundry, Millenium Dance Studios, and several retail spaces.

James Quinlan worked closely with the City of Miami NET office on exterior improvements, including new facades, windows and awnings. Interior improvements continue to dramatically increase the functionality of the space.
